Tour Zion National Park, the Visitor Center and Museum.

Drive Hwy 9, the Zion Scenic Byway, through the park. Take plenty of film because there are photo opportunities at every turn. Enjoy views of towering canyon walls, both from the bottom looking up and from the top looking down, and marvel at erosion-sculpted domes and towers in the Checkerboard Mesa area.

Ride the shuttle into Zion Canyon. Here you'll see the classic formations that have made Zion National Park famous: the Watchmen, Court of the Patriarchs, Great White Throne, Angels Landing and others.

Take a leisurely stroll along the Virgin River, into the Gateway to Zion Narrows, up to Weeping Rock or along other easy trails.

Challenge, if you dare, an adventurous hike: the Narrows, Angels Landing, one of the rim trails, or one of dozens of spectacular backcountry trails.
